The apartment is rented primarily on a weekly basis during the peak season (weeks 52-1, 7-16) with Saturday as the changeover day. Outside the peak season, we also rent for shorter periods (minimum 3 nights). All bookings include final cleaning and two lift tickets during the winter season. Small pets are welcome in the apartment. We charge an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros for them. You can also add bed linen and towels to your booking (25 euros/person). Please inform us of this in advance when making your reservation.

The price list is valid only for direct booking inquiries from 1.1.2025 to 31.8.2026. Please make sure to review the booking and rental terms separately, especially the advance payment, final payment, and cancellation terms.
